My name is Kayla.

I am a Christian, and an admirer of good books, the written word, the feel of a new season, the joy of my family, the laughter of my friends, the taste of fresh coffee, and the breathtaking sight of the stars.

But I love Jesus most of all.

He is the reason I am here, and the reason you are reading this blog today. This is all about Him. I strive each and every day to put a smile on my Savior’s face, and to make Him known to the world.

So, this is my place to grow and to learn more about how to live my life pleasing to God, and I hope that it encourages you to do the same. I pray that you, made fearfully and wonderfully by our Lord, can be inspired to grasp your life in Christ with all of your might in burning love and passionate obedience, and to hold fast to it — because that is what makes this messy, overwhelming, beautiful life all HIS.
